Eric Dyess
Eric Dyess began his automotive career in 1990 as a Service Writer for an automotive repair shop. Eric spent the next fourteen years managing automotive repair shops in Longview Texas. During those years Eric received his MACS, Advanced Engine Performance and Ford Engine Performance certifications. During those years Eric further developed his strong customer service, management and leadership skills. Eric started working for ABC as the Glass Shop Manager in 2004. In 2005 he was promoted to Distribution Center Manager. Eric is in charge of supplying inventory to all of the ABC stores and many Dealerships and Independent Parts Stores throughout East Texas and Louisiana. Eric is a great asset to ABC Auto with his auto repair background he truly understands the needs of our customers because he once was one.

Mike Kouma
Mike started his career in auto parts in 1980 at Reliable Motor Supply in Gladewater, Texas. He worked there for 12 years before making the move to ABC in 1992. For the last 13 years at ABC, Mike has excelled at his job, working at 5 different locations, managing 3 of them. Currently, Mike manages the order department in the distribution center. Mike and his crew of 6 employees process orders from company owned stores, dealerships, and jobbers. Mike and his department pride themselves on delivering a high level of customer service to the broad customer base they support.
