Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Items incorrectly shipped to ABC Auto Parts will not be returned. Items not purchased from ABC Auto Parts will not be accepted.

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete our returns form to begin the returns process. We will then contact you via email or telephone with further instructions.
ABC Auto Parts will review labor claims on parts installed in the first 90 days with our manufacturer partners and report the findings back to our customers with or without compensation (original purchase receipt and invoice from professional installation must accompany defective part to make a valid claim for labor compensation).
