Customer satisfaction is a key priority for ABC Auto Parts. Below are our return policies for new and core returns, as well as damaged parts. For additional information, please contact your local ABC Auto store.

 New Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange new merchandise up to 90 days from purchase if the product meets the following requirements:

• The item is unused, not installed, or disassembled in any way

• Item does not have any missing parts or hardware

• Verifiable purchase record

Core Returns

Core charges are added to some purchased parts. A core charge is simply a paid deposit that is refunded when the defective part is returned. Cores are used by our suppliers to remanufacture and recycle usable portions of parts. All remanufactured products are tested thoroughly to ensure they provide the same form, fit, function, and performance as the vehicle’s original parts.

 To get your core refunded, return the core to any ABC Auto Parts location. Before returning your core, please ensure that:

• The part is returned in your purchased packaging, if applicable

• All fluids are drained

• Verifiable purchase record is included

• If purchased with a card, the card used for the transaction
